Raytheon might pair with Aermacchi to offer M-346 for T-X

An industry source told Defense News that Raytheon has been talking to Alenia Aermacchi to offer the latter’s M-346 for the U.S. Air Force’s T-X competition.

The Italian aerospace company had previously partnered with General Dynamics as a subcontractor before the team was broken up unexpectedly in March this year.
