The Sa’ar-5 and Sa’ar 4.5 corvettes of the Israeli Navy will be getting new radars, EW systems and combat information systems to bring them to same common standard of the Sa’ar-6 corvette.

The Sa’ar 4.5 will most likely get the ELM-2258 ALPHA rotating phase array radar to boost the effectivness of its on board Barak-1 ship defense system.
