U.S. Navy still has computers running on WinXP on its networks

The U.S. Navy has to pay Microsoft $9.1 million to get security patches for Windows XP, Office 2003, Exchange 2003 and Windows Server 2003 software because there are still 100,000 computers in its inventory that are running them.
