Italian company wants to build He 162 lookalike for trainer market

Italian aircraft maker Tecnam has announced plans to explore developing a two-seater, single turbofan military trainer jet that has a similar layout to the Heinkel He 162.

Besides the military market, Tecnam is keen to sell the aircraft for both the private and business aviation sectors.
