Either Lockheed Martin or Textron will buy over Sikorsky Aircraft

United Technologies Corp has shortlisted Lockheed Martin and Textron as potential bidders for Sikorsky Aircraft.

Sources familiar with the matter told Reuters a decision could be reached by end of the month. A second option UTC might consider is to spin off the company.
