Russia’s Pacific Fleet to conduct naval exercises in South China Sea next year

Speaking at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said the Russian Navy’s Pacific Fleet will conduct naval exercises in the South China Sea in 2016.

For the first time, the fleet will participate in exercises with Brunei.
