AIM-120D deployed by U.S. Navy to Pacific?
Last month, it was reported here that the U.S. Navy plans to deploy the AIM-120D later this year. However, a photo taken at Atsugi, Japan seems to show a CATM-120D on a VFA-195 F/A-18E on May 5.

B-1s, B-52s had joint stand-off weapons training

Philippines says China is practicing setting up ADIZ over South China Sea

HAL LCA’s EW capabilities not up to standard

Philippine Air Force air battle managers controlled aircraft on board a USAF E-3
Air battle managers from the Philippine Air Force were able to controlled their aircraft from a U.S. Air Force E-3 Sentry AWACS for the first time during exercise Balikatan 2015.

The E-3 is from the 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron (AACS) out of Kadena, Japan.

Two civilians killed as Indian MiG-27 crashes
A Indian Air Force MiG-27 crashed at Tantipara on May 8 during a night flight, two civilians on the ground were killed by the crash.

Italy orders one logistic support ship and six patrol vessels
The Italian Navy has ordered one logistic support ship and six patrol vessels from state shipyard Fincantieri. The contract has an option for four more patrol vessels.
