A bid by Raytheon to stop the U.S. Air Force to re-evaluate bids for the 3D Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DERLL) has failed after a judge dismissed the lawsuit.

Raytheon had earlier won the contest to replace the aging AN/TPS-75 radar. However, the Government Accountability Office later sided with Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman and called for a re-evaluation.
