Queen Elizabeth II is to visit Plymouth on Mar. 20 to be part of a rededication of HMS Ocean after its completed £65million refit.

A Buckingham Palace spokesman told The Plymouth Herald that The Queen is the sponsor of HMS Ocean meaning that she has a life-long relationship with the ship.
